PROJECT ANNOTATION:

This contract research is focused on investigating the impact of internet commerce on the development and economics of commercial immovable property, which was processed for the InterCora, spol. s.r.o. company. Current trends in the area of consumer behaviour and also the development of retail and logistic trends may distinctly influence the economic management of commercial immovable property. One of the primary trends that currently affects the commercial immovable property market is the gradual growth of internet commerce that has manifested itself in the Czech Republic and abroad.
