PROJECT ANNOTATION:

The aim of the contracted research is the innovation of a strategic marketing plan of the Novitera, a.s. organization. This innovation stems from completed analyses of environments with a focus on selected markets. The conclusions of the environment analysis are summarized via SWOT analysis. Based on these analyses, recommendations and propositions for the innovation of the company’s strategic marketing plan are formulated.
