PROJECT ANNOTATION:

The project contains a series of seminars and courses focusing on innovating content, methods, material support and heightening the safety of the teaching process during physical education (PE). Individual educational activities show certain shared traits that create a complex certificate program. The most important of these traits is the innovation and modernization of the content and structure of physical and sports education. Innovation linked to traditional areas of PE in schools (athletics, gymnastics) and modernization deals with the establishment of new, non-traditional but desirable exercise activities in compulsory and non-compulsory physical education (inline skating, juggling activities, rope skipping, non-traditional games, outdoor activities). An integral part of the project will also be possibilities and methods of integrating disabled pupils into PE education units. At the same time, implementation of modern teaching methods will take place. Acquired scientific information that is methodologically linked to the content of the project will provide educators with the ideal level of knowledge for practice.
